ANNUAL MEETING

This year’s AASC Annual Meeting will be in Fairbanks, Alaska!  The meeting will be held on the campus of the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) the week of June 22nd, 2026.

Alaska’s summer tourist season will be in full swing due to the Solstice period, but we have secured a 50-room block for the week of June 21–28, 2026, at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fairbanks Airport | Fairbanks, AK Hotels, conveniently located near the Fairbanks International Airport and just a 10-minute drive from the UAF campus. The room rate is $254 per night plus tax.
