ANNUAL MEETING

Registration for the 2024 AASC Annual Meeting is now open! The meeting will be held from Wednesday-Friday, June 12-14 at the Smith Alumni Center in Canvas Stadium on the Colorado State University campus in Fort Collins, Colorado. There will be an evening get-together on Tuesday, June 11 at the Hilton Fort Collins and other optional events Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Continental breakfasts and lunches will be provided each day at the meeting. The meeting will end no later than 3pm on Friday, June 14.

Registration fees are (click to register):

On or before May 24: $225 attending in person | $150 student attending in person | $110 virtual attendee | $50 student virtual attendee

After May 24: $275 attending in person | $200 student attending in person | $110 virtual attendee | $50 student virtual attendee

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Fort Collins, which is about an 8-minute walk to the conference venue. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure hotel rooms at the Hilton at the Federal government per diem rate. If you need this rate, there are some other hotels around Fort Collins that appear to have it available at this time of this writing, but you may need to check availability.

We expect to have one or two vans to transport people between the Hilton and the Smith Alumni Center. Parking fees apply at both the Smith Alumni Center and the Hilton.
